Abstract

Research with qualitative methodology aiming to analyze the perception of workers about the organization of the work process, interaction, valorization and participation in the work in a Federal University Hospital with EBSERH co-management. The speeches brings lack of materials as a chronic problem, increased control and lack of flexibility on the work day, existence of many workflows, complexity of the organization chart, several hierarchical levels, difficulties in the interaction between workers with different links, non-existence of a policy of participation of workers in the decision-making processes and of day-to-day work organization, the policy of valorization in practice is not understood as true appreciation by workers. EBSERH adopts a legal model of company, of managerialist paradigm, put into practice in practically all the HUF of Brazil, this management model needs to be inquired, better understood, analyzed, debated, ultimately better researched and studied.
