Abstract

Collaborative attitudes provide comprehensive, shared care, centered on the user, family and community, overcoming fragmented care. The present study aimed to identify collaborative attitudes and associated factors of professionals who work in the Family Health Strategy teams in the Metropolitan Region of São Luís, Maranhão. This was a cross-sectional, analytical and quantitative study. The final sample consisted of 311 participants. Scale of Attitudes Related to Interprofessional Collaboration. Statistical analyzes were performed using the Chi-Square test, considering p < 0.05. The results demonstrated that the professionals presented moderate collaborative attitudes. It was found that the type of specialization (p = 0.008) and working time in the Family Health Strategy teams (p = 0.02) were associated with more collaborative attitudes, reinforcing the importance of teamwork and qualified labor for the development of positive attitudes for collaboration in health.
