Abstract

The objective of this study was to describe the utilization of the ZOPP (Goal-Oriented Project Planning) method in two primary healthcare units, taking into account the development of skills for interprofessional work and the production of a service organization protocol focused on prenatal care. Participant observation method was applied during twelve videotaped sessions. Participants were eight health professionals and two users of the Unified Health System. The method was evaluated positively by bringing nuclear issues to problematization and by the ability to maintain the involvement of the participants, showing flexibility and adequacy, as well as favoring the inseparability between analyzing, planning and implementing actions, which aroused ethical commitments and regained innovative behaviors in the direction of solving problems,
strengthening interprofessional collaboration.
