In Brazil, cervical cancer is the fourth leading cause of female death. This study aimed to analyze epidemiological and geographic data on cervical cancer deaths in women in an ecological time-series study (2014-2023), based on records from the Paraná state mortality information system, made available by the state government. The sociodemographic variables of these women, mortality rates by residence and by death occurrence, projected through 2030, and years of life potentially lost were analyzed. Among 3,508 deaths, most women were white, with low education and working in repair and maintenance services, with the highest mortality rates among women over 65, with an average of 14.41 years of life lost. The highest mortality rates by location were registered in the 10th Health Region and, by residence, in the 9th. The temporal projection indicated a trend of increasing mortality of 27.69% by 2030. These data provide important support for the development of strategies that can meet the demands of Paraná and contribute to reducing mortality from this type of cancer.
